This morning, one would drive to the Vergelegen Wine Estate for a wine tasting and a quick tour of its lovely gardens. Then head off toward Spier Wine Estate, where lunch would be taken, alongside yet another wine tasting. During the afternoon, the tour will meander to Stellenbosch town, with its much-publicized charming historic streets lined with vibrant activities. Take a leisurely walk around town, followed by dinner at The Fat Butcher, which serves exquisite food paired with wine.

Day 2: Paarl's Iconic Wine Estates KWV Wine Estate:

Take a guided tour and wine tasting at this iconic wine estate. Lunch: Enjoy lunch at Delaire Graff Estate. Tokara Wine Estate: Wine tasting while taking in the breathtaking views. Afternoon: Continue exploring the beautiful countryside of Paarl, with its picturesque vineyards. In the evening, head back to Stellenbosch or overnight in Paarl and enjoy dinner at Nederburg Wine Estate, with its beautiful wines and fine dining, which perfectly concludes the day.

Day 4: Scenic Wine Tastings & Departure

Starts off with a wine tasting at Thelema Mountain Vineyards, which is set up beautifully with breathtaking views of the Simonsberg Mountain. Next, take a scenic drive via Helshoogte Pass to Chamonix Wine Estate for another wine tasting in peaceful surroundings.You then take your time in the afternoon relaxing, gazing at the scenery around, and then drive to Boschendal Wine Estate, where a farewell dinner is enjoyed. Make a stop at Ceres Wine Estate for a wine tasting before heading to the Coastal Wine Route and a tasting experience at Stellenbosch Hills Wine Estate. Lunch is provided at The Gansbaai Winery, featuring seafood and wine pairings in an open-air setting overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Later this afternoon, have one final tasting at the Gansbaai Wine Estate and afterward set off for dinner down by the coast, continuing into your accommodation.
