Itinerary for Hot 4-Day Wine Routes of the Western Cape
Day 1: Stellenbosch Wine Estates & Town Exploration
This would include a visit to the Vergelegen Wine Estate in the morning, with a wine tasting session and exploring its historic gardens. After lunch, enjoy a wine tasting at Spier Wine Estate, followed by a sumptuous gourmet lunch; then, stroll through historic Stellenbosch Town, with its quaint shops, boutiques, and art galleries. End the day with dinner at The Fat Butcher, a popular restaurant offering great wine pairing and local cuisine. It is a day full of the perfect introduction to wine and culture in Stellenbosch.
Day 2: Paarl’s Iconic Wine Estates
The Iconic Wine Estates of Paarl begins with a guided tour and wine tasting at the KWV Wine Estate. Lunch at Delaire Graff Estate for its vineyard views, then wine tasting at the nearby Tokara Wine Estate. Later, take some time off to enjoy the beauty of Paarl. During the evening, drive back to Stellenbosch or take an overnight rest in Paarl and end with dinner at the Nederburg Wine Estate. The estate's wine and food are second to none.

Your journey will come to a close with a farewell dinner at Boschendal Wine Estate to sample some of their award-winning wines and fine dining.
