Itinerary for 10 days Serengeti Tanzania Safari

Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be welcomed by Meru Slopes transfer driver and taken to Venice Hotel within Arusha. The rest of the day will be at leisure and you can either relax at the hotel. In the evening you will attend a briefing in preparation for the upcoming safari. Bed and Breakfast.

Day 2:Arusha-Tarangire

Drive from Arusha Hotel at 8.00m then take the 3-hour driver to Tarangire National Park you will have a full day game drive inside this park later you will drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight. The location of Tarangire National Park is 115km from Arusha and covers a area square of 2800km. Tarangire Park has major attractions which are a large number of elephants, climbing trees pythons, and baobab trees. Also, you will be able to see lions, leopards, and other animals.

Day 3:Tarangire - Ndutu and Ngorongoro|afternoon game drive to Ndutu

After breakfast, you will depart for Ndutu, a 3-hour drive from Karatu. The drive will take you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will see the landscape change from hilly forests to plain and green grasslands. Once you reach Ndutu, you will begin your game drive in the sweeping grasslands of the Ndutu region, which gradually fades into the Serengeti. You will see many animals, including 6 species of big cats, and have a picnic lunch during the game drive. The action-packed game drive will end in the late afternoon, and you will then drive to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 4-5:Ndutu-Ngorongoro conservation Area

Day 8:Central Serengeti-Karatu

In the morning after your breakfast you will head out for a short game drive in the Serengeti later you will head to Ngorongoro Crater The 75km drive to Ngorongoro Crater rim will take about 2.5 hrs, with mild game action to see on the way. The crater is one of Africa’s impressive geological attractions and the supreme mecca of wilderness. The day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good rest in your choice of accommodation.

Day 9-10: Ngorongoro crater-Karatu

After finishing your breakfast, you will make an early descent at around 6:30 AM into the crater floor. The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera has a massive floor of about 260 sq km with a depth of over 2000 feet. The 5-hour game drive in the crater floor The African elephant, buffalo, Black rhino, Hippos, Hyenas, Cheetahs, and Lions are found in plenty.
